Hi, I’m Chloe. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and begin making thoughtful changes in your life. My approach is collaborative and values-based, helping clients move through anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and overwhelming seasons with greater clarity and confidence.
I’m especially passionate about working with women navigating relationship challenges, boundary-setting, life transitions, and the emotional impact of chronic health concerns. In our work together, we focus on building self-trust and learning to respond to stress in ways that feel more intentional and aligned with your values. While many of my clients are women, I welcome anyone who feels that this approach resonates with them.
As a military spouse, I also understand how demanding schedules and periods of transition can affect relationships and wellbeing. Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking, exercising, spending time with family and friends, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with my two dogs.
