Maybe you’ve wondered whether you’re too sensitive, asking too much, or making a bigger deal out of something than you should. You replay conversations, worry about upsetting people, and sometimes say “it’s fine” before you’ve figured out how you actually feel. Perhaps a relationship has you questioning yourself, or something from your past still feels like your fault. You know you’re struggling, but you’re not sure whether it’s enough to come to therapy.
Hi, I’m Chloe. I work with women who want to understand themselves better and feel more confident speaking up for what they need. We can explore your relationships, self-blame, and patterns you’re ready to change. You can expect me to listen, be honest, and sometimes gently push back. There’s room for humor, uncertainty, and saying, “I don’t know.”
I also support women navigating sexual trauma and the emotional strain of chronic illness or reproductive health concerns, especially when they’ve felt dismissed or misunderstood. If you’ve never been to therapy, you don’t need to know where to start or have everything ready to explain. We’ll figure out a starting point together.
