A Little Bit About Me & My Philosophy
If you’ve spent most of your life being the "reliable one," the "peacekeeper," or the person who has it all together while secretly feeling drained and overlooked, I want you to know I see you. So many of us go through life performing a version of ourselves that we think others want to see, only to realize we’ve lost touch with what we actually need.
My philosophy is simple: You weren't meant to do life (or healing) alone. I believe that our greatest hurts often happen in relationships, which means our greatest healing happens there, too. Whether you’re struggling to set boundaries without feeling guilty, or you’re tired of the "push-pull" cycle in your closest aversions, my goal is to provide a space where you can finally stop performing and start being.
What We’ll Work On Together
I specialize in helping adults across Colorado navigate the messy, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming world of relationships. My approach isn't about giving you a "to-do" list; it’s about understanding the roots of how you show up with others.
The "Over-Giver" Recovery: We’ll work on trading people-pleasing for genuine confidence, learning how to say "no" so your "yes" actually means something.
Healing Attachment Wounds: If you’ve ever felt "too much" or "not enough" for a partner, we’ll explore those patterns and move toward a sense of security and ease.
The "Human" Side of Therapy
In our sessions, you can expect a mix of deep empathy, a little bit of humor, and a lot of real-talk. I use tools like EMDR and Attachment-based therapy, but more importantly, I bring my full, authentic self to the room. I’m not a "blank slate" therapist; I’m a fellow human who is genuinely invested in seeing you find your own anchor of peace.
Starting therapy can feel like a lot, but you’ve already done the hardest part by looking for support. If you’re ready to stop feeling adrift and start feeling grounded, I’d love to meet you.
