I support children, teens, and young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges who may feel overwhelmed, struggle with big emotions, or have difficulty feeling safe. I offer equine-assisted therapy at a ranch with horses Dottie and Sage, creating a unique space for connection and healing. When I’m not at the ranch, I meet with clients in my office, where my therapy dog Rigatoni is often present. I also partner closely with parents and caregivers to strengthen connection and support growth at home. Together, we create a warm, compassionate environment for healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
As a Licensed Social Worker with a Master of Social Work, I specialize in trauma-informed care for youth and young adults. My approach integrates EMDR, Synergetic Play Therapy, somatic-based practices, and animal-assisted therapy to support emotional regulation and processing in ways that feel engaging and developmentally appropriate. I also offer parent coaching, helping caregivers better understand and respond to their child’s needs while fostering stronger, more secure relationships.
