I work with individuals, couples, and families who find themselves in the midst of change—life transitions, relational shifts, loss, growth, and the quiet (or not-so-quiet) question of *what now?* My role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of these moments, helping you slow down, reconnect, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

My approach is trauma-informed and systems-based, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFCT), grief work, and experiential practices. I support clients in understanding the deeper patterns that shape how they relate—to themselves and to others—so that new, more aligned ways of being can emerge.

I also offer psychedelic integration support for those who have had, or are preparing for, psychedelic experiences. Together, we make meaning of what has surfaced—insights, emotions, awareness—and translate those experiences into grounded, sustainable change in your daily life and relationships.

A core part of my work is group therapy. There is something uniquely powerful about healing in community—being witnessed, seeing yourself reflected in others, and practicing new ways of relating in real time. My groups are designed to be intentional, relational spaces where individuals can explore connection, boundaries, identity, and belonging. Whether you are navigating a life transition, processing a relationship, or integrating a significant experience, group work offers an opportunity to move through it alongside others rather than alone.

I am especially committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families. My background in leadership and human-centered work informs my ability to hold complex dynamics with care, clarity, and respect.

If you are in a season of losing, gaining, or becoming—this work is about helping you stay present to it, understand it, and grow through it.
