I have worked for 25 years in many different settings, using many different therapy techniques with many different people. I love the variety of individuals who want to discover more about their amazing selves. I work collaboratively with my clients to design interventions that will work specifically for them. YOU are the expert on your life. We will work together to learn skills, solve problems and resolve past trauma.

My services include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Polyvagal Theory, Mind/Body Medicine, Couple Work, including, the Gottman Method, IFIO, and Attachment Work. In addition, I use CBT, DBT, Communication and Solution Focused Theory.
