As your therapist, I’m here to journey alongside you, offering a skilled presence and empathetic listening. Together, we will build a trusting relationship so that we can explore challenges while drawing on your innate strengths. I am guided by curiosity, the wisdom of the body, and empathy, with a person-centered approach that honors you as the expert of your own life. I aim to support you in deepening your relationship with your self and your loved ones.
Therapeutically, I lean into a spectrum of approaches including psychodynamic therapy, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, attachment, emotionally focused therapy, and trauma interventions. I work with clients navigating anxiety, hyper-sensitivity, relational dynamics, self-esteem, identity exploration, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, caregiver burnout, aging, and grief and loss.
I offer a judgement-free space for discovery and healing, where we can explore patterns and behaviors with sensitivity and compassion. I welcome clients of all identities and affirm neurodivergent experiences. While the process isn’t always easy, the benefits can be profound and life changing.
