Finding Balance and Joy
I believe that leaning into life’s challenges—its pain, struggle, excitement, and joy—can open the door to deeper growth and meaning. Making intentional choices to cultivate balance and connection can reduce suffering and help us live more fully. My goal as a therapist is to help each person I work with move toward their best and most authentic self.
Who I Work With
I work with adults from all backgrounds and life experiences. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, bipolar disorder, psychosis, infertility and reproductive challenges, perinatal and postpartum concerns, attachment and relationship concerns, insomnia, and ADHD. I also support clients navigating loneliness, low motivation, chronic avoidant behaviors, and lack of direction. I work especially well with business owners, medical and other professionals, entrepreneurs, and veterans.
My Approach
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, direct, transparent, and rooted in evidence-based practice. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Virtual Reality Treatment, Inference Based CBT (ICBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients find clarity and relief. I value humor and authenticity and ensure both qualities are present in my treatment sessions.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a supervisor for master’s, doctoral, and post-doctoral level therapists in training.
