I’m Jennifer, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build resilience. I take a compassionate and empathetic approach, creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ related concerns. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or facing a major change, I aim to meet you where you are with care, respect, and understanding.

My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and Person-Centered Therapy to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Regis University and have over 12 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I remain committed to ongoing learning and regularly attend trainings to stay current with best practices in the field.
