Hi! I’m AJ. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience treating trauma, I bring both professional expertise and genuine personal understanding to this work. I know what it’s like to move through the world shaped by systems and relationships that weren’t always healthy — and I know what it takes to begin reshaping those patterns. Cycle breaking is a powerful form of self and spiritual justice — it has a profound impact not just on you, but on every generation that follows.
My approach is collaborative and individualized. Whether you’re working through generational trauma, navigating a major life transition, healing from a relationship that hurt you, or simply trying to understand yourself more deeply — we build a plan that fits you, not a checklist.
You deserve a space where you are completely, unapologetically seen.
If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re carrying something heavy — patterns that keep replaying, wounds that won’t quite heal, or a quiet knowing that something has to change. That instinct is powerful, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
My work is built on a simple belief: when people feel genuinely safe, they can access their own wisdom, uncover their hidden strengths, and let go of what no longer serves them. I’m not here to hand you a script or tell you who to be. I’m here to walk alongside you as you figure that out for yourself.
At Emotion Alchemy Collective, we believe healing isn’t purely clinical. I integrate mystical and intuitive tools — like tarot and oracle cards — as invitations to self-reflection and symbolic exploration. They’re not about prediction; they’re about accessing deeper layers of knowing.
If this resonates with you, wonderful. If you’re more comfortable with a strictly clinical approach, that works too. My practice meets you exactly where you are.
Beyond the letters after my name
I’m a single mother of two, and that experience informs everything I do. I understand the particular exhaustion of carrying a family while also trying to take care of yourself. I understand the guilt, the love, the complexity — and the fierce determination to do better than what was done before.
That lived experience isn’t separate from my clinical work. It’s woven through it. It’s why I’m so passionate about generational healing — the idea that the inner work we do doesn’t just change us, it changes the inheritance we pass forward.
When I sit across from you, I’m not just a therapist with a set of tools. I’m a human being who has done — and continues to do — this work. That matters to me, and I hope it matters to you.
You’ve made it this far — that means something. Reach out today to schedule a consultation. The next chapter begins with a single step.
