Are you feeling caught in old patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety, or unsure how to feel confident in your own skin? I specialize in helping adolescents and adults work through addiction, anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, and body image issues. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore challenges, values, and build practical strategies and work towards growth.
I bring warmth, humor, and clear guidance to therapy. Cognitive techniques help uncover how thoughts shape emotions and actions, while mindfulness fosters calm and focus. We’ll also explore your values to guide our work. Humor keeps things light, and directness ensures we stay on track. Together, we’ll work toward lasting growth and confidence.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Wake Forest University and continue training in evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, and Brainspotting (Level 1 &2 trained). Therapy is a collaboration, and my focus is to help you develop coping strategies, explore your values, and build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
