Finding Growth Through Healing

Every journey begins with a single step. Healing is a transformative process, one that can be both challenging and deeply rewarding. Life presents us with unexpected difficulties, and my role as a therapist is to support you as you navigate those hurdles and move toward balance, connection, and meaning.

Who I Work With

I am passionate about helping adults manage anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, and PTSD. My mission is to create a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building tools to support your mental health and overall wellbeing.

My Approach to Therapy

My approach is warm, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for OCD, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to create a personalized and supportive counseling experience tailored to your goals.

Before beginning my work as as a therapist at Colorado CBT, I served as a Registered Behavior Therapist supporting children and young adults with autism, a role that strengthened my understanding of compassion, patience, and individualized care.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, I practice under the supervision of licensed psychologist Dr. Megan McKnight.
