I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I draw from multiple approaches (DBT, CBT, Somatic, creative arts, EMDR and strengths-based methods) to match your unique needs. You’re the expert on your life—I bring the toolkit. I am passionate about finding creative solutions to life's challenges.
