I am an LCSW in Colorado and Connecticut with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in Women's Issues; relationships, pre/post partum, LGBTQIA+, parenting, sexual functioning, caring for aging parents, and so much more. All within the context of the invisible labor that we manage. Therapy does not always consider women's unique challenges. This is invalidating and blocks effective solutions. I will help you work within this bigger picture, so we can develop better strategies and facilitate real change.

Therapy, like life itself, is about finding the balance between acceptance and change. My job is to help you feel "heard" while also encouraging you towards new ways of looking at things and supporting you in changing patterns that no longer work for you. I use techniques from DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy and EMDR.
