Hi, I'm Tim! I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University here in Denver, and I am excited to connect with you. If you're feeling angry, alone, purposeless, or lost in the world or your relationship right now, I'm here to help you move forward in a way that actually feels meaningful to you.
I currently work with individual adults and couples, with particular experience in ADHD, relationship issues, identity issues, life transitions, and depression. I enjoy helping clients make sense of patterns that feel frustrating or confusing, and finding practical ways to effect change.
My approach is integrative and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT, but I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. No matter who you are or where you're from, we'll work together to find out what actually works for you. You are the expert on your own life, and I'm here to support and guide the process. I tend to work best with clients who appreciate honesty, curiosity, humor, and directness.
I'm currently accepting individual adults and couples. If you think we may be a good fit, don't hesitate to reach out and schedule a free phone consultation. Let's make some change!
