The human brain and the nature of human behavior have long been an interest of mine. Coupled with a drive to help others, I found myself with a love for clinical mental health counseling. My enthusiasm only grew as I began my clinical work, and gained experience in neurofeedback. Over time I found my passion in working with clients experiencing concerns with ADHD, anxiety, stress, burnout, and trauma. I have long believed, through my own journey with mental health, that these concerns are not definitions of who we are, but rather select pages within the whole story.

I believe in having a strong, therapeutic alliance, and I strive to ensure the best care possible for my clients. My efforts will be poured into their success, whatever that may be based on their goals. Using an eclectic approach centered in evidence-based practices, I will help my clients thrive mentally, emotionally, socially, and beyond. My passion is counseling and my purpose is to help others become the best versions of themselves.

In my free time you can find me out hiking, spending time with my friends and family, or out exploring what Denver has to offer.
