We’ve both found our way here, and I welcome this crossing of paths with gratitude!

Therapy is the transformative experience of being fully seen, heard and accepted, just as you are. Warm, curious, and open-hearted, my practice aims to honor and amplify this healing power of deep connection and authentic expression.

Grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered care, my approach draws from narrative and psychodynamic traditions. In our work together, we will create a space that feels gentle, grounding, and reflective, where you can explore your inner world with curiosity and care. We may explore the stories that have shaped your life—how they were formed, how they continue to live within you, and how they may begin to change. As we gently re-author these stories, we will intentionally integrate experiential practices such as mindfulness, somatic awareness, creative exploration, and nature-informed reflection to support deeper insight, greater clarity, and meaningful change.

At the heart of my work is respect for each person’s lived experience, identity, and inherent wisdom. I strive to create a space that honors the fullness of who you are while supporting deeper self-understanding, agency, and connection.

If something in these words feels meaningful, aligned, or supportive, let's connect. I deeply look forward to meeting you and holding your story with reverence and care.
