I work with individuals, caregivers, & families adjusting to life after physical trauma—such as head injuries, spinal cord injuries or multiple broken bones after a car accident—as well as individuals navigating stress, anxiety, or major life changes. Many come feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or unsure how to find their footing again. I work from a whole‑person, family‑systems perspective, supporting stability, coping, and forward movement at a manageable pace.
I support clients with a variety of needs and specialize in supporting trauma survivors and caregivers through client‑centered, strengths‑based therapy. My approach is grounding, practical, and collaborative—balancing emotional processing with tools that promote clarity, resilience, and balance so sessions feel supportive rather than overwhelming.
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially when life already feels like too much. Therapy doesn’t have to be intense or draining to be meaningful. If you’re seeking a calm, compassionate space to feel heard and supported—whether healing from trauma or managing everyday stress—you're welcome here.
