Here at Pathways to Connection, our teams values are held that each individual client's journey is unique and different from the person next to them. We look at authenticity and connection as a primary human desire, to live authentically (to be fully known and cherished) and connected (in relationship with others in an authentic way). We work within many experiential models such as expressive arts, equine therapy, animal assisted therapy, play therapy, nature-based therapy, and traditional talk therapy. We work from at attachment-based perspective and take a deep dive into our behavior patterns and how those patternings are actually trying to connect us to ourselves, others, and the world around us. We take a trauma-informed approach and know about brain-based factors that play into trauma as well at our nervous system, our bodies, and our cognitive processes.
We value relationship, authenticity, and connection to each of our clients and want each person to find deeper connection to self, others, and the world they live in.
