I offer flexible scheduling Tuesday-Saturday. With nearly 30 years experience working in the mental health field, I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds and specifically people who are uniquely different and/or have intersectional marginalized identities. I start by assessing the person and situation, developing an agreed upon treatment plan that will first focus on symptom reduction and coping skills. For those who want to dive deeper, we can explore your family of origin to help uncover the sources of your beliefs and behaviors.
