Taking the step to find a therapist is often an act of courage, a sign that a part of you is asking for change. I am a therapist in Colorado who believes that true healing happens when we look at the whole person. Your mental health isn’t separate from your physical body, your history, or the systems you move through in the world. My goal is to offer a grounded, empathetic space where you can untangle the complexities of your life and begin to feel like yourself again.

I often work with individuals and couples who are carrying a lot: people who are motivated and capable, yet find themselves exhausted by the weight of anxiety, trauma, or the constant pressure to keep it all together. I also have a lot of experience supporting people whose mental and physical health are deeply intertwined. As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), I understand the emotional toll, burnout, and invisible labor that come with managing diabetes and other chronic conditions. While I don’t provide medical or nutrition support in therapy, I integrate this knowledge to help you navigate the mental load of long‑term health management. I am also deeply committed to providing an affirming and informed space for LGBTQ+ clients and relationships.

In our work together, we'll move beyond processing toward meaningful, sustainable change. I draw from a blend of approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build clarity and flexibility in the present and identify what matters most to you, somatic (body-based) therapy to help you tune into the physical signals of stress and support nervous system regulation, and EMDR and CPT for trauma recovery. When working with couples, I focus on identifying the underlying emotional patterns that keep you stuck, helping you move toward a relationship that feels secure and connected.

You can expect me to be a steady, direct, and warm collaborator, someone who will walk with you as you build a life that feels authentic, sustainable, and deeply meaningful.

Change is rarely easy, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I look forward to connecting and supporting you as you find your way forward.
