I have 30 years experience as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist treating adult clients of all ages. I have worked with clients with many varied issues in their lives. Do you feel stuck in behaviors and thoughts that hold you back from making changes in your life? I use cognitive behavioral coping skills to help clients learn to manage anxiety and depression. I include being sensitive to your history and background and work with you as an individual. I teach proven communication skills that improve relationship issues of all types. I start where you are in your growth journey knowing that when you have increased skills you do better in life!
