I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including first responders, and recognize the unique stressors and experiences they carry. I bring curiosity, compassion, and respect to each session. My own connection to nature and animals informs my work, helping clients build resilience, find balance, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and authenticity.
I help people heal and rediscover balance through EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Ecotherapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I specialize in supporting those navigating trauma, anxiety, or major life changes, helping you feel more connected, empowered, and at peace within yourself and your environment.
