Are you truly living an authentic life? Have you yet to reach your fullest potential and discover all that you are able to be? If you are feeling unfulfilled in your relationships, career or life in general…If you have been struggling with the painful feelings of depression or anxiety…or if you are coping with a major loss or life transition, I am here to listen and support you.
My approach is founded on our shared humanity, and I bring a warm and compassionate sense of “realness,” to our work. I will help you release old ways of being that are no longer useful and make choices that are aligned with who you really are and what you want out of life. The result? You will feel more self-trusting, fulfilled and at ease within yourself.
My therapeutic style is one informed by kindness and compassion, direct communication, clinical understanding, and life experience, along with a robust sense of humor! I love to laugh and firmly believe that in life we should never take ourselves too seriously! I regard each client as their own best expert and see my role as one who joins and guides in the process of exploration and growth. Sometimes we need a co-traveler along our way, a skilled and compassionate individual to bear witness to our process of self-discovery. My goal is to facilitate your awareness and understanding of yourself, and to help you develop new strategies to improve the quality of your life.
We all long to experience connection, acceptance, autonomy, meaning and purpose in our lives. Together, we'll work to cultivate these qualities that reveal who you fully are to your Self. One of the most precious gifts we can offer ourselves is to trust and take heart in the refuge of truly living an authentic life.
At Authentic Living Psychotherapy, the goal is always to Be True and Be You! Contact me today to schedule a free introductory 20 min phone call to see if we might be a good fit. For more information please visit my website at www.authenticlivingboulder.com
