At Mindful Moments Counseling, I specialize in providing mental health support tailored to the unique needs of children, teens, and families. With over 11 years of experience in high-needs mental health for children, I take a preventative, plan-based approach to therapy, helping clients build emotional resilience and lasting well-being. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where children, teens, and families can slow down, feel understood, and begin to move forward with clarity and confidence.
I specialize in working with children, teens, and families in order to navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. In a safe, supportive space, I use evidence-based and creative approaches—including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, EMDR, and play/art techniques—to build coping skills and resilience.
