I work with individual adults and couples of all ages who are eager to be met with warmth, respect, and expertise. My approach is gently paced and non-judgmental, with a focus on meeting your needs and bringing deep insight to your situation in a way that fits just right for you.
In collaboration with clients seeking support and change, I draw on decades of clinical and life experience, regularly using Internal Family Systems and EMDR with interested clients.
Many clients find they need extra help at specific times of challenge or change in their lives. Sometimes realizing we need help from a professional may arise from any experience past or present that can feel overwhelming or stuck. And for mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma, it can be useful to have a therapist for extra guidance and support.
Some clients have also appreciated additional focus in areas of personal growth, spiritual exploration, giftedness, or through a lens of intergenerational trauma. Many clients find they need extra help at times in their lives when they are dealing with work or relationship stressors, parenting struggles, life-challenging illness, caregiving loved ones, or grief.
Couples come to me for help in various stages of their relationship. They leave therapy with new tools and behaviors, as well as improved understanding of themselves and their partner, all of which can lead to more connection experienced in the relationship and higher quality of life on a daily basis. Wherever you find yourself struggling, I introduce perspective and a way forward that respects you both as individuals and as a couple.
I see clients online and in-person at my beautiful office with its mountain views.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, and am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR.
Feel free to reach out for a free 30-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. I look forward to meeting you.
