I'm Sadie Shaver, LPCC. I believe healing starts with having enough space to be fully human. Show up exactly as you are, even if it's a little all over the place.
Therapy with me is collaborative, and I adapt to you, not the other way around. I work from a trauma-informed lens and draw from approaches like psychodynamic, emotion-focused, parts work, DBT, somatic, and nature-based practices, depending on what actually feels helpful. Some days that might look like building skills or making sense of patterns. Other days, it could include bringing elements of the natural world into our work together. Sometimes, it just means having a place where you can show up exactly as you are.
My goal is to create a space that feels real, supportive, and free of judgment. A place where you can show up as you are, sort through what's been weighing on you, and maybe even laugh once or twice along the way. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity, or the impact of trauma, I’m here to support you, wherever you're starting from.
