I help people explore the wounds and patterns that keep them feeling stuck or disconnected. Together, we’ll untangle old stories, honor the burdens you’ve carried, and invite curiosity and compassion into both your inner world and your relationships. I see my role as being a witness and a mirror. To help you honor the humanity within yourself and each other. Healing isn’t about a final destination; it’s an ongoing dedication to creating more space for dignity, authenticity, and connection, especially when shame tells us we don't deserve it.
Whether individually, as a couple, or as a family, we’ll create space to voice unmet expectations and unbalanced dynamics, examine the stories you’ve been written into, and decide which still serve you. Using narrative and contextual approaches, we’ll name invisible burdens, acknowledge each person’s pain and contributions, and begin to reweave the threads of connection in ways that involve us all. I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore the different “parts” of yourself, so they can be seen, heard, and welcomed to shift along with us. We may also work somatically, attending to the ways your nervous system shapes your foundation. Together, we’ll invite these inner and outer systems into balance, cultivating a foundation rooted in compassion, accountability, and authenticity. This work can be tough, but you don’t have to walk it alone—reach out, and let’s embrace the ambiguity together.
