Hi! Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 2020. I have a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of New England, where I focused on CBT. I also have training in DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality). I am passionate about helping people overcome their suicidal thoughts, anxiety, and negative thinking. I also love helping people navigate complicated and stressful relationships through increasing assertiveness and self-awareness. I utilize CBT concepts to help reframe dreadful thoughts, and DBT to increase emotional awareness and coping. I also utilize a psychodynamic approach to facilitate greater awareness of how early experiences shape and influence our current behaviors. In session, you can expect to find a welcoming, nonjudgmental space to explore your inner thoughts and gain new perspectives, along with coping skills to manage physical symptoms of mental health concerns.
In my spare time, I love to engage in activities with friends, grab a good cup of coffee, bake sweet treats, and get my creative juices flowing through tufting fun rugs!
