I’m passionate about helping couples, families, and individuals find deeper understanding, healing, and connection in their relationships. I work with clients from all walks of life—those navigating new beginnings, healing from past hurts, working through trauma, or hoping to strengthen communication and emotional connection. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood, even when the conversations are difficult.
My approach is rooted primarily in the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) model, with specialized expertise in relationships, attachment, and trauma. I also integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gottman Method interventions to help clients build insight, emotional regulation, healthier communication patterns, and stronger relational bonds. I am certified in Brainspotting and trained in EMDR, allowing me to support clients in processing trauma and experiences that may feel stuck emotionally or physically.
I have a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families. Whether helping parents better understand their children, supporting adults exploring their neurodivergent identity, or guiding partners toward appreciating each other’s unique perspectives, I work to foster understanding, compassion, and connection. I am also certified to provide Autism and ADHD assessments for adults ages 18 and older.
My ideal clients are those who may feel disconnected, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or emotionally stuck, but who are ready to move toward healing, hope, and meaningful connection. Guided by empathy, curiosity, and faith, I walk alongside my clients as they build stronger relationships, deepen self-understanding, and rediscover a sense of peace and belonging.
