Starting therapy can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re not sure where to begin. Whether you’re feeling stuck, trying to make sense of what’s going on, or just carrying a lot day-to-day, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I’m a passionate and supportive therapist with specialized experience treating domestic violence survivors, those with eating disorders, the LGBTQIA+ community, and folks living with depression, anxiety, and other concerns.
I’ll work with you to understand all the pieces of what you’re experiencing. I believe that before deeper healing can happen, it’s often important to first find ways to manage the stress and pressure of everyday life. We may not be able to figure it all out together but finding a place to simply start can help taking care of yourself feel easier to accomplish.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build skills, gain insight, and feel more confident handling life’s challenges.
Together, you’ll find creative and realistic ways to cope, feel more grounded, and move forward in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
