My name is Larry Algiene. I've been married 25 years with two children, a dog, a cat and a mortgage. I started working in behavioral health when I was 25 years old. I've been a Clinical Director at a men's facility and a program coordinator at an all women's facility . I've worked in affluent settings, drug court, a prison and in a jail.
I'm proud of my experience, but I pride myself on effort and effectiveness with clients. I never want clients to waste time in treatment and I work earnestly to help them identify believable and tangible result. My specialty is working with anger, ADHD and emotional development. Most of my experience in the last 10 years has been around family crisis, trauma, and understanding how interpersonal conflicts impact our well-being.
I use Post Induction Therapy, Experiential and EMDR.
