Hi! My name is Megan and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist. I work with couples and individuals who are tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns, whether that’s anxiety, relationship conflict, burnout, people-pleasing, or just feeling disconnected from themselves or the people they care about most.
My style in therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up honestly without feeling judged or like you have to “have it all together.” I’ll help you slow things down, make sense of what’s going on underneath the surface, and find practical ways to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
A lot of the clients I work with are thoughtful, high-functioning people who are carrying more than most people realize. Some are navigating relationship struggles and communication breakdowns, while others are trying to untangle old patterns, manage anxiety, or reconnect with themselves. I especially love working with couples who genuinely care about each other but keep getting caught in the same frustrating cycles and don’t know how to get out of them.
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be real. Therapy doesn’t have to be perfect or polished - you don’t need the “right words” or a clear plan before starting. You can come in overwhelmed, uncertain, hopeful, frustrated, or all of the above. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and a little less alone while we work through things together.
