- New Jersey
Hello and welcome! My name is Candice Ebbesen, MA, Eds and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges and transitions. Based in New Jersey, I specialize in addressing concerns such as anxiety, relationship dynamics, stress, and overall emotional well-being.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process rooted in trust, respect, and understanding. I take a trauma-informed approach and integrate evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction, to help clients gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered. I am committed to helping each person build stronger relationships, deepen self-awareness, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
