Welcome- I’m glad your path has led you here. I'm Caroline Rapp, LCSW, and I work with sensitive, thoughtful individuals, including LGBTQIA+ people, those exploring polyamory, and people living with chronic illness or disability. Many of my clients are navigating transition, identity, grief, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. I offer a grounded, attuned space as we engage the dynamics that shape your inner world, and steady guidance to support you in accessing greater clarity, meaning, and connection.
I provide depth-oriented therapy to support your inner work. My approach is grounded, relational, and tailored to each person. I offer an attuned space to explore your inner world, relational patterns, and lived experience. Together, we work to integrate what feels fragmented and support you in living fully.
Seeking deeper understanding takes courage. I honor that strength and welcome you to reach out if you feel drawn to this work. My practice is rooted in access and community care, and I strive to offer accommodations that support your ability to engage in therapy in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with your needs.
