I offer a collaborative space grounded in empathy and respect, where we move beyond just talking about problems to feeling safe in your own skin. Together, we work to unburden the parts of you carrying pain or fear, allowing your core Self to lead with clarity. You are not a problem to be solved; you are a person to be known.

My integrative approach blends the structured tools of CBT and DBT with the depth of Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic exploration and mindfulness. By reconnecting with your body’s wisdom and your internal family of parts, we move toward a life of harmony rather than conflict. We’ll work to regulate your nervous system and rewrite limiting beliefs.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, addiction, and men’s issues. Whether you are navigating a life transition or identity exploration, I provide a non-judgmental space to build resilience.
