Brittany supports adults who are tired of carrying everything for everyone else while quietly losing themselves in the process. A lot of her clients are used to being the dependable one. They overthink, overextend, push through, and hold it together on the outside, even when they feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or not good enough underneath it all. Many have spent years trying to earn love, approval, rest, or a sense of worth by being who others needed them to be. She knows how painful and lonely that can feel!
Brittany prioritizes creating a therapeutic space that is authentic and supportive. In your sessions, you do not have to filter yourself, justify your feelings, minimize your experiences, or pretend you are okay when you are not. She believes healing is not about fixing you or you needing to become someone completely different. It is about learning how to come back to yourself with more compassion, honesty, boundaries, and self-trust. It is about no longer living your life entirely around fear, guilt, pressure, or other people’s expectations which allows you to reconnect with the parts of you that have been buried under survival, self-doubt, or responsibility.
