I specialize in helping people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and sleep and health-related issues. I primarily work with people whose lives have become narrowed and preoccupied by their struggles, and those who wish to live with more vitality, intention, and freedom from mental and emotional suffering. Overall, I aim to help people get unstuck and move towards living more full, satisfying, and personally meaningful lives.
I provide empirically-supported contextual behavioral therapies, tailored to the needs and goals of each individual or couple. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, CBT for Insomnia, and Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy.
Finding a good fit between you and your therapist is the most important aspect of the therapy process. I aim to create a therapeutic alliance that is caring, compassionate, and collaborative, and I am also happy to guide you to the resources that will best fit your needs. Please call or message me with any questions, or to discuss your current situation.
