At times, life can feel like it’s standing still. We know something isn’t working, but we’re not sure how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you uncover what’s holding you back and create the momentum needed to move toward a more fulfilling, values-driven life.

I work with adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, supporting clients through a broad range of concerns. My areas of focus include anxiety, grief, depression, stress, bipolar disorder, forgiveness, relationship challenges, social anxiety, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), adjustment issues, substance use, and career concerns.

My approach is warm, gentle, and collaborative. Together, we’ll build a therapeutic space grounded in safety and curiosity, where you can explore both your struggles and your strengths. I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) certified, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for OCD. My doctoral research focused on forgiveness, and when relevant, I enjoy weaving that theme into therapy as a path toward emotional healing and freedom.

In addition to providing therapy, I conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for diagnostic clarification, ADHD, and learning disorders. I also supervise master’s, doctoral, and post-doctoral level therapists in training.
