I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, grief, life transitions, and the quiet feeling that something just isn’t working anymore. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, high-performing, and deeply self-aware...yet still feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying so much on their own. Therapy offers a space where you no longer have to perform, pretend, or hold everything together alone. Together, we create a relationship rooted in compassion, honesty, curiosity, and genuine connection so you can begin to understand yourself more deeply and move toward lasting change.
You can be successful on the outside and still feel anxious, emotionally stuck, or constantly on edge internally. Maybe your mind never slows down. Maybe your relationships feel harder lately, or you find yourself emotionally exhausted from always being “the strong one.” Sometimes the strategies that once helped you survive are now keeping you trapped in cycles of stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-criticism. Therapy can help untangle what has been weighing on you and create room for more clarity, calm, and self-trust.
My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based therapy model that helps us understand and heal the different “parts” of ourselves that carry stress, fear, shame, trauma, or protective roles. Rather than trying to suppress or fight against these parts, we work to understand them with compassion and curiosity. Many protective patterns developed for very good reasons, and together we honor the ways they have tried to keep you safe while gently addressing the deeper wounds underneath. The goal is not perfection, but helping you feel more grounded, connected, and able to lead your life from a place of confidence and inner calm instead of hyper-vigilance or overwhelm.
Located in the heart of historic Old Colorado City, my office is intentionally designed to feel like a quiet sanctuary removed from the pressure and noise of daily life. This is a private, confidential space where you can slow down, breathe, and engage in meaningful internal work without judgment or expectation.
While intensive IFS trauma work often ranges from $175–$250+ per session, I currently offer a sliding scale of $108–$145 per session while completing my supervision hours toward full state licensure and IFS Certification. My goal is to make meaningful, high-quality parts work more accessible to the Colorado Springs community.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you are used to handling everything on your own. You do not need to have the right words or everything figured out before reaching out. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can connect, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
