My work is dedicated to helping people find joy in their lives and relationships. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, Certified Clinical Herbalist, Reiki Master, and Yoga Nidra teacher. I have expertise in helping people who experience depression and anxiety. I use a variety of evidenced based and holistic therapies to help my clients find meaning and happiness, navigate difficult life transitions, and feel more empowered to manage life's challenges. In a respectful and collaborative therapeutic relationship, we work to clarify and expand your life story, explore hidden and unrealized parts of yourself, set therapeutic goals, and empower you to create a life full of meaning and joy. I use a variety of evidenced based therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Exposure Response Prevention Therapy, Relational Cultural Therapy, Narrative and Trauma Informed Therapy, and Mindfulness Based approaches. My role is to help you receive the services you need for deep healing and truly feel seen and heard. My clients often give me feedback that my clinical approach and compassion help them to achieve valuable life results. I have loved my work for 30 years!
