If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions, you’re not alone. My work is centered around you, your story, your goals, your healing.
With 5 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, I understand that seeking help takes courage. Whether you’re navigating cultural identity, managing stress, or healing from pain that words can barely describe, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace, and with deep respect for your journey.
As a first-generation American, I approach therapy with a culturally responsive lens and a lived understanding of what it means to move through multiple worlds. I hold space for the complexities of identity, intergenerational patterns, and belonging.
Our work together will be collaborative and compassionate. I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care; but most importantly, I tailor our sessions to reflect who you are and what you need. You’ll be met with warmth, not judgment. With curiosity, not assumptions.
I believe that healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. You already hold resilience within you. Therapy is simply the space where that resilience can be reclaimed and nurtured.
Whether you’re reaching out for the first time or continuing your path of growth, I’m here to support you genuinely, wholeheartedly, and always in partnership
