My passion is guiding people back to themselves. I believe we are all capable of reflection and change, and together we will create a safe environment for exploration and reframing of relationships and personal challenges.
I received my Master of Social Work with an emphasis in community change and K-12 education from the University of Michigan in 2021. My professional experience began in a community center of metro Detroit where I helped community members in resource navigation and accessing basic needs. Following this, I spent four years at Michigan State University as a crisis social worker supporting students as they navigated intense mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, relationship and familial traumas, and substance use. My professional and lived experiences have shaped me into a passionate advocate for social justice and the social-emotional wellbeing of all people.
Outside of work, I enjoy physical activity such as running, practicing yoga, and hiking with my labradoodle named Beans. I also prioritize time with my friends, reading, and trying out new recipes.
