My journey has been so lonely. I never feel fully cared for nor understood. I have been the person who is always over-caring, over-managing, and also over-thinking! Growing up, I believed that if I make a mistake, I wouldn’t be lovable and I shouldn’t be an inconvenience for anyone. Later in life, I recognized that it was because childhood was full of pressure and expectations. This clear seeing didn’t fix anything because nothing needed to be fixed, but from now on, I am and will be free.
