As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about providing children, teens, young adults, and parents the support they need to navigate life's challenges. I see value in meeting every client where they are, providing a safe space with validation and empowerment, and using collaboration to achieve your individual goals. In my practice, I use play therapy, art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with a trauma informed, client centered, and strengths based approach. It can feel challenging to take the step and seek help in therapy, and I am committed to providing the support, safety, and skills needed to heal and grow!
Please do not hesitate to reach out and schedule a free 15-minute consultation. I look forward to discussing how I can best support you or your child!
