Every phase of life offers new challenges, uncertainty, and opportunities for growth. I believe in empowering people, treating everyone equally with respect, and know from personal experience how taking a holistic approach is the most effective way of healing. I understand how vital it is to meet each person where they are at and build resilience from within through a person-centered methodology. Life has many moments of feeling as if you’re alone and I’m able to provide a safe space to walk with you through life’s obstacles.
I graduated from the University of Southern California where I was extensively trained in adult mental health and wellness. I utilize modalities including EMDR, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based practices. I draw mainly from Neurobiology, Attachment Theory, Systems Theory, and Social Cognitive Theory.
I have practiced individual therapy and case management at several local behavioral health clinics and have experience facilitating group therapy for domestic violence survivors and administering risk-assessments for high-risk clients. I am passionate about helping others heal and look forward to our journey together.
