Therapy shouldn’t be endless. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or burned out, you’re not alone, but you also don’t have to stay there. My approach is both supportive and direct, integrating multiple evidence-based practices to help you create real, lasting change. I don’t see clients as diagnoses. I see individuals with patterns, habits, and experiences that can be understood and shifted. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back, whether that’s overthinking, lack of direction, self-doubt, or repeating patterns in relationships, and build practical strategies that actually translate into your day-to-day life.
While I primarily specialize in men’s mental health, I also work with women and couples. In addition to my clinical training, my background in personal training, yoga, and nutrition allows me to take a more complete approach to wellbeing. For some clients, this may include movement or walk-and-talk sessions to support a more grounded and engaging experience.
Above all, I focus on building a real, honest relationship. You can expect a space that is thoughtful and grounded, but also direct, collaborative, and at times even humorous. Congratulations on taking the first step in therapy. If you are ready to move forward, or even just exploring the idea, I offer a free consultation and would be glad to connect.
