Before entering the counseling field, I spent several years working as a data analyst. Over time, a deepening passion for human psychology and personal development led me to step back and reconsider what I wanted from my career, and I found myself drawn toward work that was less about numbers and more about people. I made the leap because I wanted to work alongside others as they discover their own capacity for growth and change.
My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and a strengths-based lens, with a particular interest in working with young men to foster healthy expressions of masculinity and emotional wellbeing. I am also passionate about neurodivergent-affirming care, especially supporting individuals with ADHD in recognizing and building on their unique strengths.
Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honored to be part of it. Outside of the therapy room, you will find me on the golf course, out on a trail, or in the kitchen experimenting with a new recipe, usually with friends nearby.
