My approach to therapy is warm, curious, and relational. I believe everyone carries an intuitive sense of what they need, but sometimes we all need space and permission to explore it. I work with individuals and couples facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia and other forms of neurodivergence. Many of the clients I work with are initially unsure about working with a male therapist, especially if they’ve had difficult or harmful experiences with men. As a cis-male therapist, I aim to create a space where we can safely explore the impact of gender, power, and patriarchal systems on your life.
My style blends evidence-based tools with a focus on connection and growth. I have advanced training in couples therapy and ADHD treatment. I work with individuals and couples to improve communication, ease stress, and build more balanced and fulfilling relationships. I have been trained in EMDR and can offer that in individual or couples sessions
I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships. In therapy, you’ll have space to feel understood, connected, and empowered to grow. If you’re curious about working together, reach out to schedule a call. Sliding scale options are available.
