I work with teens and adults struggling with trauma, intense emotions, mood disorders, self-destructive behaviors, and relationship challenges. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward after difficult life experiences. My goal is to help you better understand your experiences, regain a sense of control, and create meaningful change that aligns with the life you want to live. I am passionate about helping people heal from traumatic experiences and life events that have impacted their sense of safety. I support people in reclaiming their voice, strength, and resiliency.
